All orders are subject to the following conditions:

1. Payment strictly within 30 days
2. VAT is chargeable where applicable
3. All prices may be subject to change without notice
4. All orders are subject to a minimum order charge
5. Returns will not be accepted unless goods are damaged in transit. Should this be the case the entire package must be returned within 10 days of receipt
6. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement. A returns number issued by BRE Press, MUST accompany the goods
7. Returned goods may be subject to 15% re-stocking fee
8. BRE Press's sole liability in respect of defective goods shall be replacement of those goods. BRE Press shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and in no event will BRE Press's liability exceed 150% of the purchase price of the goods giving rise to the claim
9. BRE Press's reserves the right to charge interest on late payment at 3% above the current HSBC base lending rate and to recover from the Customer or Subscriber all costs incurred in securing payment of monies due
10. Claims for non-receipt of goods must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of the invoice
11. Copyright within goods belongs to Technical indexes or the original supplier of the goods and the goods may not be copied or reproduced without the copyright owner's permission
12. Demonstration copies are supplied on the condition that, unless they are returned within 15 days of receipt by the Customer, they will be invoiced for their full value
